What is the requirement for certificate program/career education program?

I graduated from law school in my country (4 years but didnt continue the school to become a lawyer/attorney) and I don’t want to continue my law major because I live in US now (the law system is different so I have to start allover again). I’m planning to take career/ceriticate program, what is the minimum requirement to take this program? high school degree, bachelor degree?
Thanks!

You have the same problem with me. I tried to find some information also about that.
As far as I know for certification you do not need any certificate from your high school or college. Some depends on the college where you will take your certification program. Some may need you to have your high school certificate to be evaluated by IERF (international education research foundation) and also translated into english.
But for the best is you ask about that when you try to apply for your new major.
Good luck !
